The Foods 1 and Baking & Pastry 2 classes showcased their culinary skills by baking a variety of delicious pies, demonstrating their mastery of techniques like making flaky fluted crusts and flavorful fillings. Students applied their knowledge of measuring, mixing, and baking precision while adding their creative touches to classic and unique pie recipes. This hands-on experience not only highlighted their growth in the kitchen but also gave them the opportunity to share their hard work and craftsmanship with their classmates.
