Information for the 2022/2023 School Year Parents of 7th graders and 12th graders, it is very important over the summer months that you contact your doctor's office to schedule an appointment for your child to receive the vaccines that are required for each grade level listed below. If you think your child may have had these vaccines already you may want to just double check with your doctor's office to make sure. Students who do not have required vaccinations listed below will be excluded from school until the school receives proof of the vaccines from the doctor's office. The doctor's office may fax to 814-897-2410, attention school nurse. Please try and schedule a visit ASAP as appointments book quickly and there is usually a waiting period. Reminder letters have also been sent to all families. 7th grade needs MCV-Meningococcal vaccine and Tdap-Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis-these are a requirement for the first day of school for all 7th graders 12th grade needs a second dose of MCV(Meningococcal vaccine)-this is a requirement for the first day of school for all 12th graders

Parents - please remember that COVID is still a threat to schools. If your child has any symptoms, please keep them home and have a COVID test done as quickly as possible. The last thing that we want is to shut down the school with only a little over a month left before graduation. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
