On November 22, our Unified bocce team/IDEA (inclusion) club is participating in the Polar Plunge/Frozen Footrace, which are fundraising events for Special Olympics. To participate, individuals raise a minimum of $35, then “plunge” or walk/run to support unified sports, year-round sports training, and athletic competitions for Special Olympics programs in their community. We are challenging everyone to join us. Hoping to see some teams/individuals, step up for a great cause and support our unified bocce team.
