Hello, Iroquois Elementary School families! We are so excited to have you involved! Below are further details about the Homework Help Program.
To enroll, please contact your child's homeroom teacher for an enrollment form and return it to your child’s classroom teacher before your child's first day attending the program. Forms can also be dropped off in the Iroquois Elementary School Main Office. We thank you for your support and look forward to a wonderful year!
WHAT IS HOMEWORK HELP?
Homework Help offers an opportunity for students to receive extra assistance with the completion of their homework as a means to support classroom instruction. The program is open to first- through sixth- grade students. Homework Help is held in the AmeriCorps Service Member classrooms. Students do not need to come to every Homework Help session in order to remain enrolled. Families can sign their students up for one day a week, or every day Homework Help is offered for their children. In order to offer more support, Homework Help sessions vary by grade level.

*The first session of Homework Help will begin on Monday, September 9, 2019 and conclude on Thursday, December 12, 2019.
PICK-UP AFTER HOMEWORK HELP
There is no school bus service after Homework Help. Families must make arrangements to pick up their students from Homework Help at the end of the day. If students live in Lawrence Park, parents must indicate if their students have permission to walk home. Students who live in Wesleyville are not permitted to walk home and must have a ride home from each Homework Help session.
