Attention IES families: As the 2022-2023 school year comes to a close, we wanted to share important information for the 2023-2024 school year to give families an opportunity to plan for the fall. At the start of the 2023-2024 school year, student arrival time will coincide with the start of the school day, which is at 8:15 AM. Students who are car riders or walk to school should not arrive to school prior to 8:15 AM. The arrival procedures will not change, simply the arrival time. Drivers should proceed along the curb single file in the right lane where students can exit the car on the passenger side to avoid students attempting to cross traffic. Please do not pull into the left lane. If you need to come into the office, please pull into a parking spot and walk your child to the main entrance of the school. Parents may begin dismissing students from their vehicles in the car lane at 8:15 AM, as this is the time that school personnel are available to begin supervising students in the morning. Information regarding bussing will be sent out closer to the start of the school year. Thank you.
